location was great. it was about ten minutes walk to blue mosque. i saw many eating places around. a souvenir shop across the road had everything i needed.
i booked three rooms, but when i arrived the staff said they overbooked. one room went to a nearby hotel, it had very tiny rooms, it felt inferior.

The staff was indeed friendly and helpful. They set up the cot as requested, though i'm not sure who uses cots anymore.
I booked three rooms, but they said they were overbooked. One room was moved to a much inferior hotel, so that was fun for them.

i stayed in the king suite sea view it features a top-floor location. the veranda offered a view toward the bosphorus. i found many restaurants and shops close to the hotel. the staff responded fast to any requests i made.

My room included a separate sitting area with nice decor. I loved the private kitchen. It really helped us. Mr Eren gave us good advice about local attractions. We were very grateful for his help with directions.
The gym only had a few pieces of equipment.

The location is really strategic; I walked to many attractions. The Blue Mosque is fifteen minutes by foot. I could easily find restaurants and shopping near the hotel too.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! Emre provided us with tips and explained everything clearly. He also arranged our airport transfer perfectly. The hotel's location is excellent. A short walk takes you to key sights and public transport options.
The staff were least helpful. The rooms ended up being tiny. This caused some unpleasantness.
